Yes, it has almost been 24 years since the signing of the peace treaty in Hatyai between the Government of the Federation of Malaysia and the Communist Party of Malaya. I will cover more on the treaty in the second part. Many do not understand that the treaty was about the ending of hostilities between the two parties, but not about the CPM having to give their ideology up.

So, when The Sunday Star decided to ask 19-year olds if the thought the communist is still a threat my mind instinctively asked, “what is the purpose of asking those who were still swimming inside testicles when the treaty was signed?” It just hinted malicious intent. Of late, the popular mainstream daily and ASTRO’s Awani sound like some leftist publications.

Many in KL would not remember the bombings, and shootings of police officers that occurred in KL itself. The last I heard of a gun-battle between the police and the CPM was in May 1983 on the old trunk road between Gombak and Janda Baik, near Mimaland. One policeman died, the other wounded but managed to kill both Min Yuens.

I read with disgust both on the mainstream media as well as on the online social media how sympathisers asked the government to allow for Chin Peng’s ashes be brought back to Sitiawan. After all, “the man is more a threat alive than when he is dead” quoted a member of a BN component party. If that was supposed to have moved me, then it had failed miserably.

Equally disgusting was the comparisons made between the bodies of the Sulu terrorists, bomb-making terrorists Azahari and Nordin Mat top, with Chin Peng. Nobody ever claimed the bodies of the Sulu terrorists, Azahari and Nordin Mat Top were Malaysian citizens and never did they wage war against their people – unlike Chin Peng whom I believe was never a citizen of the Federation of Malaysia, nor was he a citizen of the Federation of Malaya, as described in Part 1.1 (a) of the Second Schedule of the Federal Constitution of Malaysia. I doubt Malaysian-born Kamahl calls Malaysia home!

Worst is when PAS members also went to Bangkok to attend the wake of the man so determined to eradicate the Malays and their religion. I suppose in the name of politics and power, God comes second. After all, God is intangible, unlike Chin Peng.

And the statement made by a former Inspector-General of Police on the matter saying that the world would laugh at us if we do not allow Chin Peng’s ashes to be brought back for final rites is an insult to us servicemen (police and military), especially to those who continue to suffer as a result of the loss of limbs, or loss of a father, husband, or son.

Perhaps this is why an ex-IGP was made an Ambassador while this ex-IGP continue to find recognition for the things he had done; but all he was famous for was punching Anwar Ibrahim while in custody!

Hitler killed Jews for only five years. Chin Peng waged war against the people he was supposed to liberate for 41 years. Why did not Chin Peng stop as soon as the Tunku had announced Malaya’s independence in Melaka in 1956?

Why did he continue to wage war against this nation and her people? The British government servants were all serving the Sultans and Rajas and were answerable to the latter, with the exception of Penang, Melaka and Singapore that were colonies of the British Empire. So Chin Peng was not interested in fighting against colonialism, the Japanese also did that in Malaya!

Chin Peng was more interested in assuming this nation under communism, as a satellite nation to the People’s Republic of China. And thousands died fighting this man who was adamant to destroy their religion and way of life.

To those who continue to ask for Chin Peng’s ashes to be allowed a final trip to Malaysia, and ask others to move on, forgive and forget, do ask the Jews to forgive Hitler for the five years of atrocities committed against them. Then we should be able to move on eight times the amount of time taken for the Jews to forgive Hitler.

Chin Peng never showed any compassion, nor did he ever exhibit remorse. He was a psychopath worshipped by idiots who deserves not even a single whiff of sympathy.
Therefore, he should just stay out forever and not tarnish the soil of this beloved nation.

Malaysia MCA today lodged a report at the Kajang District police station over a photoshopped sexy image of its Kajang by-election candidate Datin Paduka Chew Mei Fun that had gone viral on social media websites.

MCA found the retouched sexy photograph on a facebook page called "We fully support Anwar to become Selangor MB II" yesterday, which has since been taken down.

The party believes that the photoshop image may have been initiated by Pakatan Rakyat supporters.

MCA Wanita chief Datuk Heng Sai Kee said the photoshop image was put forth to tarnish Chew's good image.

"We strongly condem any dirty politics including distributing and circulating photoshop photographs.

"The photos which placed Chew's head onto a sexy body figure, is obviously done to tarnish her good image."

She urged the public to stop sharing the photo as a move to fight against dirty politics.

Heng said she will refer the case to Malaysia Communication and Multimedia Comission (MCMC) after lodging a police report.

"We hope the authorities can take stern action against the mastermind behind this (photo).

"In fact, the photo does not only damage Chew's image but also undermines women at large."

Heng told reporters at a press conference here in its party Kajang by-election operation centre.

She also urges voters to vote for Chew so as to say no to dirty politics and seek for justice for women.

"We should ensure that the by-election is free and fair. Political parties taking part in the polls should campaign in a more constructive manner.

"They should present their policies and manifesto instead of tarnishing the opponent's image.

"I urged them (PR supporters) to stop all these tricks," she added.

The bomoh who performed highly publicised rituals at KL International Airport recently was not sponsored by BN, Umno or any government agency, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Shahidan Kassim said.

Instead, he called the bomoh, identified as Ibrahim Mat Zin, an "actor" who was mimicking the late P Ramlee in the comedy film Do Re Mi.
"This is like the old P Ramlee movie. A proper bomoh does rituals silently, in a room, not in the open.

"If in the open, that is a comedy act, not bomoh," Shahidan told reporters at the Parliament lobby today.

"It is not Umno's work to do comedies like this. Right now we are taking things seriously," he said.

Shahidan said the government was giving serious attention to finding the missing plane.

He went on to dismiss reports that Malaysia is losing its credibility in managing the crisis.

"The only one that is not happy is the media, so they come up with these stories. No other countries have expressed unhapiness with us," he claimed.

MCA Youth chief Chong Sin Woon wants the bomoh (shaman) who recently conducted a ritual at the KL International Airport (KLIA) to name the so-called “high-ranking Umno leader” who invited him.

Chong said since MCA had verified that Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Jamil Khir Baharom was not the one who contacted the bomoh, it was important for the public to know who actually committed such a move.

“We respect any kinds of prayers with the good intention of helping locatie the MH370 aircraft, but please don’t do it for the sake of publicity... this issue has made us an international laughing stock,” he told a press conference today.

Meanwhile, Chong has also singled out DAP’s Taiping MP Nga Kor Ming for tweeting a fabricated photograph of the bomoh yesterday, and poking fun at the Malaysian government.

“It’s fine if he (Nga) can’t help in any of the search and rescue efforts, but at least, please, shut up,” he lamented.

Opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim today demanded that the government disclose who gave permission for a bomoh to conduct rituals inside KLIA to locate the missing Malaysia Airlines jet.

"This is KLIA. Who gave permission? Is it MAS, is it Department of Civil Aviation?" Anwar asked in the Dewan Rakyat today while debating the royal address.
He said the presence of the bomoh had made Malaysia a laughing stock of the international community.

"Even Barack Obama (US president) must have been amazed with our stupidity," he said.

Anwar went on to call the bomoh "Bomoh 1Malaysia", referring to the 1Malaysia pin the bomoh was wearing.

A group that calls itself the Chinese Martyrs' Brigade has claimed responsibility for crashing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370, which has remained missing after losing contact with ground control at 1:20am on Saturday.

The previously unheard-of group sent a PDF statement to various journalists in China on March 9, saying, "You kill one of our clan, we will kill 100 of you as pay back."

The majority of Chinese media outlets have expressed skepticism over the statement or dismissed it outright, suggesting it is likely a hoax made up by opportunists looking to inflame ethnic tensions following a series of attacks by separatists in northwest China's Xinjiang Uyghur autonomous region and a mass stabbing in the Yunnan capital of Kunming this month that left at least 33 people dead.

Analysts say the credibility of the statement is dubious as the group claiming responsibility for flight MH370 did not divulge any details as to how it crashed the plane. The PDF statement was also sent via the encrypted Hushmail anonymous remailer service which cannot be replied to or easily traced.

Chinese authorities have not responded to the statement or its claims.

The Boeing 777-200 commercial jet, carrying 239 people including 153 Chinese citizens and a Taiwanese national, was scheduled to travel from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing. Malaysia Airlines said it was not ruling out any possibilities, including terrorism, after it was discovered that two of the passengers aboard the flight were carrying stolen passports.

Malaysia's home minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has confirmed following review of closed-circuit television footage that the two passengers are of Asian appearance, which raises questions over the adequacy of customs security given that the passports were stolen from an Italian and an Austrian national. A spokesperson for Malaysia Air, however, said that all the photographs had matched the passports of the passengers.

Records show that the two passengers had booked their flights together with China Southern, which was codesharing MH370 with Malyasia Air. It was the first time the passports had been used since they were stolen in Thailand in 2012 and 2013, respectively.

Two other suspect identities are also being checked as Malaysian authorities continue to work with international agencies including the FBI. One of them is a Chinese passenger surnamed Zhao whose passport number is identical to that of a 37-year-old Fuzhou man surnamed Yu. Yu told authorities that the passport has never been used and remains in his safe at home after he applied for it in 2007. Fuzhou police said they suspect the passport number on the manifest may have been printed in error.

Meanwhile, a Vietnamese plane from one of the search teams has reportedly sighted debris from the missing jet floating in the waters of the Gulf of Thailand. The announcement was made on the website of the Vietnamese Information Ministry and said the objects appeared to be a fragment of an aircraft's tail and an interior door. The debris was spotted in the region near where planes earlier spotted two large oil slicks between six and nine miles off the southern tip of Vietnam, which are believed to be consistent with what would be left by fuel from a crashed jet.

As Bang Non has been found guilty of Sodomy II and possibly awaiting his final chance at the Federal court, it is important that you all know these facts:
---
1) The Former Solicitor-General II Datuk Yusof Zainal Abiden has joined Datuk Anwar Ibrahim’s legal team. This was the person that the govt entrusted to nail Bang Non in the first Sodomy case. Not only did he fail to do so, he jumped over to Bang Non's side after that trial.

2) Wikileaks have already revealed that BOTH Singapore and Australia govt and their spies believed Bang Non to be guilty as charged and that Bang Non knew that it was a trap (Saiful) but couldn't resist it.

3) Today's appeal hearing has dragged for 2 years and that Bang Non has tried to delay this case multiple times including trying to remove Shafee THREE times and with multiple dubious MCs and reasons.

4) Way before the Kajang move and shocked resignation of the ex-Kajang ADUN, the hearing dates were already set for Feb 9-10 and Bang Non knew that the months of February and March would be the appeal hearings. During that time, there were already much speculation from political analysts that this Kajang Move was in anticipation of the upcoming Sodomy II appeal hearings (now concluded).

5) The evidence as presented by the prosecution team has been overwhelming including a sample of Bang Non's own sperm and semen. This was not disputed by Bang Non's legal team with their defense being that the DNA in the samples may have been degraded or contaminated or tampered with. However, they have failed to argue how come Bang Non's own sperm and semen was in the possession of the police investigators.

6) Saiful has done the "sumpah laknat", the most serious of Islamic oaths that the Sodomy incident did indeed happen but Bang Non has refused to do so for years.

7) Bang Non can still file for a "stay of execution" while he files an appeal to the Federal court to overturn today's decision. Or he can still get a Royal Pardon. So all is not lost for him yet. In fact, he can still contest in the Kajang by-elections.

Sekian.

Anything I can add to that or anything wrong?

Thursday, 6 March 2014

- this was not an unexpected development as the court cases for this Sodomy II trials have always been scheduled for February to March since last year - even before the previous Kajang ADUN's shock resignation.
- the case have moved very slowly since last year due to many delays associated with Anwar's defense team as well as his schedules.
- earlier, there were speculations that DS Anwar's Kajang Move was to help act as a buffer against the ongoing court case.
----
PKR supremo Anwar Ibrahim accused the federal government of attempting to end his political career by using the judiciary.

Speaking at the launch of the PAS election machinery in Taman Sri Jenaris last night, Anwar said that the courts have ruled that the judgement for his sodomy trial would be finalised this week.

“My lawyer, Karpal Singh informed me that the courts have ruled that the judgment for my cases will be concluded this week.

“Since when do the courts pass judgments on cases for the entire week? They are all ‘pandikutty‘ (piglets)”, said Anwar, who is also PKR’s candidate for the Kajang by-election.

He was referring to his sodomy trial, which will be heard tomorrow by the Court of Appeal.

In January last year, the Kuala Lumpur High Court acquitted Anwar on charge of sodomising his former aide, Saiful Bukhari Azlan.

The matter was taken up to the Court of Appeal, with Anwar failing three times to disqualify Umno linked lawyer, Muhammad Shafee Abdullah from taking charge as lead prosecutor to the case.

Anwar, who is also the Opposition Leader, also accused the Election Commission (EC) of attempting to make things difficult for him to contest in the Kajang by-election.

“March 11 is the nomination day. It is also the day I have to address the Parliament as the opposition leader.

“It is also the day the court will deliver its judgment on Karpal Singh,” he said.

Karpal, who is also Anwar lawyer, was found guilty for sedition by the High Court last week for his comment against the Perak ruler, Sultan Azlan Shah at the height of the Perak state government take over in 2009.

On related matter, PKR secretary general Saifuddin Nasution echoed Anwar’s claims saying, “The courts fixed March 6 and 7 for judgement. BN knows it cannot defeat Anwar via the ballot box so they are resorting to the judiciary to do the job.”

The Kajang state seat fell vacant following the resignation of assemblymen Lee Chin Cheh of PKR on Jan 27. The EC had set March 11 for nomination and March 23 for the polls.

Also joining the race for Kajang are MCA vice president Chew Mei Fun, former PKR leader Zaid Ibrahim and former dangdut singer Herman Tino have also shown interest in contesting.
