"Bagi saya, cukup-cukuplah menghentam Saiful. Memang berat tuduhan yang dikenakan ke atas Anwar tetapi pada masa sama, Saiful dan isterinya juga terpaksa menanggung malu dan cemuhan masyarakat sekeliling hampir setiap hari.

"Banyaklah perkara-perkara yang tersebar untuk bacaan umum yang saya lihat hanya akan mengaibkan isteri dan keluarga mentuanya padahal mereka tidak ada kaitan dengan kes liwat tersebut,” katanya ketika ditemubual

Jelasnya, adalah tidak adil jika orang lain seperti isteri Saiful dikutuk sesuka hati sepanjang kes itu berjalan.

"Kita tak tahu siapa yang betul, siapa yang salah dan keputusan hanya akan diketahui setelah Mahkamah Persekutuan memberi kata putus.

"Ramai yang membuat andaian berdasarkan hukum logik akal. Kononnya tak masuk akal Saiful tak buang air besar dua hari selepas diliwat dan tak munasabah Saiful tak melawan ketika diliwat serta banyak lagi andaian lain.

"Logik atau tidak, semuanya keluar dari mulut Saiful dan siapalah kita yang hendak menolak kata-katanya itu," ujarnya.

Tambahnya, kehadiran orang ramai yang menyokong Saiful membuktikan masih ada yang yakin apa yang dilalui itu adalah benar.

"Apa yang penting, kalau tidak yakin dengan kata-kata Saiful, tak perlulah membabitkan isterinya yang kini telah pun menjadi ibu hasil perkahwinannya denga Saiful setahun lalu," katanya.

UMNO, MCA and Anwar demands to know who sent and gave approval to Raja Bomoh

The bomoh who performed highly publicised rituals at KL International Airport recently was not sponsored by BN, Umno or any government agency, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Shahidan Kassim said.

Instead, he called the bomoh, identified as Ibrahim Mat Zin, an "actor" who was mimicking the late P Ramlee in the comedy film Do Re Mi.
"This is like the old P Ramlee movie. A proper bomoh does rituals silently, in a room, not in the open.

"If in the open, that is a comedy act, not bomoh," Shahidan told reporters at the Parliament lobby today.

"It is not Umno's work to do comedies like this. Right now we are taking things seriously," he said.

Shahidan said the government was giving serious attention to finding the missing plane.

He went on to dismiss reports that Malaysia is losing its credibility in managing the crisis.

"The only one that is not happy is the media, so they come up with these stories. No other countries have expressed unhapiness with us," he claimed.

MCA Youth chief Chong Sin Woon wants the bomoh (shaman) who recently conducted a ritual at the KL International Airport (KLIA) to name the so-called “high-ranking Umno leader” who invited him.

Chong said since MCA had verified that Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Jamil Khir Baharom was not the one who contacted the bomoh, it was important for the public to know who actually committed such a move.

“We respect any kinds of prayers with the good intention of helping locatie the MH370 aircraft, but please don’t do it for the sake of publicity... this issue has made us an international laughing stock,” he told a press conference today.

Meanwhile, Chong has also singled out DAP’s Taiping MP Nga Kor Ming for tweeting a fabricated photograph of the bomoh yesterday, and poking fun at the Malaysian government.

“It’s fine if he (Nga) can’t help in any of the search and rescue efforts, but at least, please, shut up,” he lamented.

Opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim today demanded that the government disclose who gave permission for a bomoh to conduct rituals inside KLIA to locate the missing Malaysia Airlines jet.

"This is KLIA. Who gave permission? Is it MAS, is it Department of Civil Aviation?" Anwar asked in the Dewan Rakyat today while debating the royal address.
He said the presence of the bomoh had made Malaysia a laughing stock of the international community.

"Even Barack Obama (US president) must have been amazed with our stupidity," he said.

Anwar went on to call the bomoh "Bomoh 1Malaysia", referring to the 1Malaysia pin the bomoh was wearing.

5 Years Jail For Bang Non....

As Bang Non has been found guilty of Sodomy II and possibly awaiting his final chance at the Federal court, it is important that you all know these facts:

1) The Former Solicitor-General II Datuk Yusof Zainal Abiden has joined Datuk Anwar Ibrahim’s legal team. This was the person that the govt entrusted to nail Bang Non in the first Sodomy case. Not only did he fail to do so, he jumped over to Bang Non's side after that trial.

2) Wikileaks have already revealed that BOTH Singapore and Australia govt and their spies believed Bang Non to be guilty as charged and that Bang Non knew that it was a trap (Saiful) but couldn't resist it.

3) Today's appeal hearing has dragged for 2 years and that Bang Non has tried to delay this case multiple times including trying to remove Shafee THREE times and with multiple dubious MCs and reasons.

4) Way before the Kajang move and shocked resignation of the ex-Kajang ADUN, the hearing dates were already set for Feb 9-10 and Bang Non knew that the months of February and March would be the appeal hearings. During that time, there were already much speculation from political analysts that this Kajang Move was in anticipation of the upcoming Sodomy II appeal hearings (now concluded).

5) The evidence as presented by the prosecution team has been overwhelming including a sample of Bang Non's own sperm and semen. This was not disputed by Bang Non's legal team with their defense being that the DNA in the samples may have been degraded or contaminated or tampered with. However, they have failed to argue how come Bang Non's own sperm and semen was in the possession of the police investigators.

6) Saiful has done the "sumpah laknat", the most serious of Islamic oaths that the Sodomy incident did indeed happen but Bang Non has refused to do so for years.

7) Bang Non can still file for a "stay of execution" while he files an appeal to the Federal court to overturn today's decision. Or he can still get a Royal Pardon. So all is not lost for him yet. In fact, he can still contest in the Kajang by-elections.

Anwar Calls the Courts '‘PANDIKUTTY‘ (piglets)”

PKR supremo Anwar Ibrahim accused the federal government of attempting to end his political career by using the judiciary.

Speaking at the launch of the PAS election machinery in Taman Sri Jenaris last night, Anwar said that the courts have ruled that the judgement for his sodomy trial would be finalised this week.

“My lawyer, Karpal Singh informed me that the courts have ruled that the judgment for my cases will be concluded this week.

“Since when do the courts pass judgments on cases for the entire week? They are all ‘pandikutty‘ (piglets)”, said Anwar, who is also PKR’s candidate for the Kajang by-election.

He was referring to his sodomy trial, which will be heard tomorrow by the Court of Appeal.

In January last year, the Kuala Lumpur High Court acquitted Anwar on charge of sodomising his former aide, Saiful Bukhari Azlan.

The matter was taken up to the Court of Appeal, with Anwar failing three times to disqualify Umno linked lawyer, Muhammad Shafee Abdullah from taking charge as lead prosecutor to the case.

Anwar, who is also the Opposition Leader, also accused the Election Commission (EC) of attempting to make things difficult for him to contest in the Kajang by-election.

“March 11 is the nomination day. It is also the day I have to address the Parliament as the opposition leader.

“It is also the day the court will deliver its judgment on Karpal Singh,” he said.

Karpal, who is also Anwar lawyer, was found guilty for sedition by the High Court last week for his comment against the Perak ruler, Sultan Azlan Shah at the height of the Perak state government take over in 2009.

On related matter, PKR secretary general Saifuddin Nasution echoed Anwar’s claims saying, “The courts fixed March 6 and 7 for judgement. BN knows it cannot defeat Anwar via the ballot box so they are resorting to the judiciary to do the job.”

The Kajang state seat fell vacant following the resignation of assemblymen Lee Chin Cheh of PKR on Jan 27. The EC had set March 11 for nomination and March 23 for the polls.

Also joining the race for Kajang are MCA vice president Chew Mei Fun, former PKR leader Zaid Ibrahim and former dangdut singer Herman Tino have also shown interest in contesting.

Anwar Proved He Loves Rafizi Ramli More Than Azmin Ali

PKR strategic director Rafizi Ramli will not be punished for 'questioning' Selangor’s water restructure Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Federal Government.

PKR advisor and de facto Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said this at the launch of the party’s Kajang by-election media centre today.

Anwar said PKR respects democracy and Rafizi was asking questions on the MoU that has not been finalised.

"He (Rafizi) did informed me yesterday of his questions. I think it's healthy for democracy to ask, but not to form an opinion yet.

"Please allow Selangor Menteri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim some time before he can disclose the deal," said Anwar.

"As for the MoU, I have not seen it but I don't think we should take a strong opposition to his reaction. If he transgressed the basic party rules, it's different but there are some concerns over this (water) issue," said Anwar.
Anwar also pointed out that being a democratic party, freedom of expression is part of PKR's culture and that he has already advised Rafizi to ask all the questions but not to judge the issue too quickly.

"So he asked a few questions because he felt that a more detailed explanation is needed. I allowed it because I think it is healthy and because we have the interest of the Selangor people at heart.

"I find it strange that whenever a PKR member voices a dissenting opinion, you say the party is splitting apart. We are not BN, we are not Umno. We don't have the type of Umno-MCA relationship.

"What political party doesn't have any dissents in the leadership? You tell me. You must allow differing views. You have been calling and demanding (everyone) to respect democracy but when there is a difference in opinion, you said there is a crack in the party," said Anwar, adding that PKR will get hammered if gag orders are issued.

"Remember recently when PKR disallowed TV3 and Utusan Malaysia to cover our Press conferences? We got hammered. But I said that I will allow them to cover us if I can have my five minutes of airtime in TV3," said Anwar.

Asked whether the MoU will have negative implications on the Kajang voters, Anwar said he does not think so as the matter is still under discussion.

Rebuffed by Moslems, But Welcomed With Open Arms at Church of the Holy Family, Kajang!

Rebuffed by keepers of his own faith when he tried to preach at a mosque last month, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim was welcomed with open arms at the church of the Holy Family in Kajang after the English and Mandarin masses today.

Parish priest Father George Harrison welcomed the opposition leader as "our brother" before he gave the floor to Anwar, who vowed the 1,200-strong crowd with his 25-minute speech on various issues.

But it was Anwar's bold and direct approach to answering the questions from the congregation that impressed the crowd.

When he was asked about his stand on the religious issues currently affecting the country and the rights of Bahasa Malaysia-speaking Christians to use the word Allah, Anwar said that even international Muslim scholars thought it was a subject unworthy of debate.

"When I asked an international scholar about it, he asked me what kind of question that was.

"I told him it was Umno's question, so he explained that Muslims recite five times a day: "Praise be to Allah, Lord of Heaven and Earth.

"So, if Allah is Lord for the entire universe, how can there be limitations?" Anwar pointed out.

He also stressed that for Umno, the Allah issue was clearly not about faith.

"If it was, then their stand must be binding on all. But in this case they are saying Sabah and Sarawak can use the word but not in the peninsula," Anwar said to loud cheers.

He then joked that this meant that a person who boarded a flight from Kuching to Kuala Lumpur will say "Insyallah I'm going to KL" when he gets on the flight but when he lands, he will have to say "Alhamdu Lord".

Anwar’s meeting of the Catholics at the Holy Family church hall comes amidst religious tension between Muslims and Christians which was reignited last year when the Court of Appeal had ruled in October that the Catholic weekly Herald could not use the word Allah in its publication.

The church is appealing the decision.

Herald had won a High Court decision in January 2009 that had overturned the Home Ministry's ban on the use of the word Allah in its publication.

Najib Serves The Country While Anwar Serves Himself

Anwar Ibrahim has, once again, put his personal interests above those of the nation. In a brazen attempt to seize the top job in Selangor, Anwar has effectively forced one of his own to resign and imposed a costly by-election on the country, at a time when budgets are tight.

By running for the Kajang state seat, Anwar is making a move to be the next mentri besar. After all, somebody has to resolve the cat fight between Azmin Ali and Khalid. But Anwar appears mostly keen to take over Selangor in order to provide him with a wealthy platform from which to run for office again in General Election 14 (so much for his plans to retire from politics if he lost GE13). And so he is busy knifing friends, allies and the public coffers in the back to get the prize he has coveted his whole life: the keys to Putrajaya.

Even PKR’s allies have condemned the move. Bersih chairperson Ambiga said: “Money has to be spent and that is why people are not happy. They don’t understand it”. PAS is unhappy about Anwar too, and have suggested they may not support him in becoming the Selangor mentri besar: “there is no agreement or consensus for after the by-election. We are waiting for word from the PAS national leadership, but PAS has not agreed to who will be the next mentri besar yet”.

Anwar power play could cost taxpayers over RM4 million and this is happening at the same time as the opposition has criticised the government for price increases, and led protests against subsidy reform. If you are Anwar Ibrahim it seems you can have your cake and eat it. Incredibly, Anwar says he will recycle past campaign materials so as to save money for the by-election. If only people could be fooled that easy.

The contrast between Anwar’s behaviour and that of the Prime Minister could not be starker. Najib has put Malaysia’s long-term interests first by taking politically unpopular measures to get the country’s financial house in order. Subsidy cuts and the introduction of GST have hurt the Prime Minister, dampening his popularity. But the measures, as any independent economist will tell you, are crucial to ensure Malaysia and therefore the rakyat’s long-term financial stability and economic growth. While the PM puts country and people first, Anwar prioritises only his own ambition.

PKR is putting Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim in Kajang to defend Selangor from being taken over by Umno if the ruling party unseats party president Datuk Seri Najib Razak, party strategist Rafizi Ramli (pic) said today.

He said it was an open secret that moves to remove Najib has begun and once it was done, Umno will unleash every “unscrupulous attack and schemes” to take the state back “by hook or by crook”.

“As a party strategist, I cannot rule out the possibility that once Najib is removed and Umno falls to the ultras led by the Mahathir Mohamad faction,” he said today in a statement while apologising to the public especially the voters of Kajang for the by-election.

PKR and allies DAP and PAS won Selangor for the second term in Election 2013 with 44 state seats, six more than in the 2008 polls, battering Selangor Umno which only picked up 12 seats despite being led by Najib.

Rafizi said the by-election would certainly consume public money and public space at a time when the people have to go through economic hardship.

He said Umno’s cards were all too obvious in the latest round of racial and religious controversies stirred up in Selangor in the last few months.

Rafizi said this did not mean there might be a change of stewardship in Selangor, which was currently helmed by popular Menteri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim, but it would give them the option to "optimise" its leadership potential if Umno caused more problems.

“Option is key. Having the option means having the flexibility of manoeuvres that can easily frustrate Umno’s game in Selangor, especially with regards to racial and religious controversies."

He acknowledged that under Khalid's stewardship, Selangor, Malaysia's richest and most industrialised state, had shown "sterling" performance in the last six years and set a "gold standard" in integrity and prudence in managing public funds.

But, Rafizi said, there were problems and challenges that required intervention.

These included traffic woes, affordable public housing and water resources.

"Selangor has to be doubly better than what it is today if it were to become a showcase for Pakatan in its quest for Putrajaya.

Following the resignation of Lee Chin Cheh from the seat, PKR named Anwar as the candidate, fuelling speculation that it was a move to pave the way for him to become the next menteri besar and to put a stop to the ongoing feud between his loyalist Azmin Ali and Khalid.

However, Anwar fended off suggestions that his candidacy was to pave the way for him to take over from Khalid, insisting that he was running as a state assembly member in order to help strengthen Pakatan's running of the state and to build momentum for the coalition's ambitions to take over federal power.

"This decision is for me to help improve the already stellar performance of the state administration under Khalid.

"It is to make Selangor a base from which to launch our campaign to take over Putrajaya," Anwar said yesterday.

He also fended off criticism that the party was using the by-election to resolve what was really an internal party crisis.

"We have to explain to the people the rationale of this by-election. It is to give space to a candidate that can help boost the state's administration. I will assist the state government in whatever way I can."

Khalid's feud with his party over how he runs the state became an open secret months after he was sworn in for a second term after the 13th general election.

During the state's budget session last October, Khalid clashed with Selangor PKR over a hike in the salaries of elected representatives, state executive councillors, the state assembly speaker and menteri besar.

Azmin, who is Bukit Antarabangsa assemblyman, and Anwar, opposed the salary hikes, some of which were increased by up to 300%.

Khalid was also criticised for the amount of funds set aside for development in the state budget which were said to be less than expected compared with the amount allocated for the operating expenditure.

A few weeks ago, things came to a head again between Khalid and Azmin over Azmin's termination as a director on the board of state property developer PKNS.

Azmin blamed Khalid for dropping him as a board member but Khalid claimed it was the corporation’s decision.

An investigation is currently under way to get to the bottom of the issue.

Another Lie By Anwar and Another Game Plan To Succeed The Imbecility

PKR leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said that the possible move to replace Selangor MB Datuk Seri Khalid Ibrahim is merely an action to upgrade the standards of the state.

“This is not about his performance as an MB as Khalid has been doing great and had been able to resolve many of the issues faced by the state.

“We are just in need of enhancing the level of achievement of the state as it is our model state and the home of the Pakatan leadership,” he said, adding that Selangor has been and will continue to be a launchpad for the party.

With regard the PKR supremo contesting in Kajang, Anwar explained the decision is in no way a bad move.

“Politicians have their ups and downs and if we expect to be on top all the time it’s not going to take us anywhere.

“However, I understand that I owe an explanation to many people, including supporters of Pakatan, and I assure the people that I will soon explain my actions,” he said, adding that he will do so either in Kajang or his father’s home in Country Heights.

Anwar added that the by-election in Kajang this time would be carried out at minimal cost as the party has decided to recycle most of the material to be used.

“I will be reusing a lot of my posters and banners, and new ones will only be made to meet the requirements of the Election Commission,” he said.

On another note, Anwar said that the National Consensus is aimed at finding a middle ground to overcome issues affecting the people.

Presently, it is the racial tension, which has been growing among the people.

“It is of our utmost priority and hope for the ruling government to feel the same way as the situation may cause the people to feel threatened,” Anwar said.

“From our side, we are ready to meet to discuss the issue anytime as we are hoping to resolve it as soon as possible,” he said during a press conference at the Keadilan Headquarters Wednesday.

Also present was PAS deputy president Mohamad Sabu who said that the party will stand by Anwar in the forthcoming by-election.

“I am the deputy president and I believe my words are sufficient for you to know that we (PAS) will not boycott the by-election,” he said.

Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said the nation is reaching " a crescendo -threatening to tear the fabric of Malaysia's unity apart" akin to the days prior to the bloody May 13 1969 riots, due to recent statements by certain parties.

Speaking at a dialogue with youths at Sunway Resort today, Anwar pointed out that all Malaysians must be "vigilant" as there are attempts to take Malaysia to the brink of destruction.

"After 56 years of independence one would expect that this cohesiveness is not only in existence but should be growing stronger by the day.

"Unfortunately in the last few months a series of circumstances and developments are collectively eroding the cohesiveness that is crucial to our identity.

"Of course, we have not reached the tipping point yet but as they say, an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.

"We can't be vigilant enough here because there are all kinds of attempts by certain quarters to take this nation to the brink.

"In fact, we have not seen this building up of tension since the events leading up to our national tragedy of May 13th 1969.

"The voices of hate and animosity, the voices of prejudice and suspicion, and the voices of wreck and ruin are attempting to drown out the harmony, cooperation and understanding that we have built on the ruins of this tragedy," said Anwar.

He then called leaders from both sides of the political divide to put aside partisan concerns and show real leadership in easing the tension and work towards ameliorating the situation.

"Indeed, the time has come for all to reach a national consensus on these crucial issues that impact the sub-stratum of out identity as a nation.

"In line with the spirit of the Constitution, all parties must cease questioning the paramount position of Islam as the religion of the Federation

"In reaffirming the position of Islam and recognising that Muslims make up the majority of the population, we must reject the notion that Islam is under threat.

"We must reject the notion that there is some sinister conspiracy to replace Islam as the religion of the Federation with some other religion," he said.

Anwar also called that due recognition to the same constitutional safeguards be given to all religions in the land.

Asked whether Anwar meant certain NGOs or political parties who were inciting racial tension, he merely pointed out that it's been reported many times in Umno owned media.

Regarding his stance on the Allah issue, Anwar referred to his statement back in 2010 and refused to comment further.

"100, 000 Syrians were killed before they started talking. Do we need a major strife before we talk?" he questioned.
