RAFIZI RAMLI MENIPU LAGI, UMNO TIDAK ADA KAITAN DENGAN KENAIKAN HARGA LESEN MEMANDU

Rafizi Ramli mungkin sedang terdesak kerana pelbagai asakan untuk dia dipecat dari PKR sehingga membuatkan dia terpaksa mencipta beberapa isu termasuklah isu Hasan Malek, Bank Rakyat, skandal penyelewengan anak lelaki Hasan Malek di Sabah melibatkan diesel seludup yang dibeli secara tender tetapi dijual semula kepada kepala-kepala penyeludup pada harga yang sangat rendah dan terbaru, isu kenaikan harga belajar memandu dan pembaharuan lesen.

Peningkatan harga ujian lesen memandu bukanlah untuk lesen memandu sebenar atau pembaharuan lesen di mana kadar kedua-duanya tidak berubah sebaliknya untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran serta ujian bagi menapis kelayakan pemegang lesen dalam usaha mewujudkan pemandu-pemandu baru yang lebih berkualiti di negara ini.

Senarai harga tersebut telah beredar di Internet dan turut diedarkan oleh Rafizi Ramli. Bagaimanapun, harga tersebut BUKANLAH ditetapkan oleh JPJ atau Kerajaan tetapi oleh sekolah-sekolah memandu sendiri di mana harga bagi setiap sekolah tidak pernah ditetapkan oleh kerajaan.

Presiden Persatuan Sekolah-Sekolah Memandu Malaysia, Mat Aris Bakar menjelaskan bahawa dia meramalkan harga kursus memandu adalah antara RM1,200 sehingga RM1,600 kerana beberapa faktor.

"Harga lesen memandu untuk kereta iaitu kelas (D) dan lesen motor iaitu kelas (B2) akan dinaikkan bermula 14 Julai 2014. Kenaikkan harga lesen ini berikutan pelaksanaan Kurikulum Pendidikan Pemandu (KPP) yang dinaik taraf oleh JPJ mulai 14 Julai 2014.

Pembaharuan dalam pengambilan kelas memandu ini merangkumi 3 elemen yang dinaiktaraf iaitu kelas KPP, buku teks KPP sukatan pembelajaran baharu, dan juga format ujian berkomputer.
Mulai 14 Julai 2014 harga lesen memandu Kelas D dan Kelas B2 akan dinaikkan seperti berikut.

* Kereta Kelas D – RM 1300 akan naik ke RM 2000
* Motorsikal Kelas B2 – RM 600 (termasuk yuran lesen) akan naik ke RM 1050.

Dalam bahasa yang lebih mudah, material pembelajaran telah dipertingkatkan dan kesemua kos tersebut telah dipindahkan kepada pelajar-pelajar.

Menurutnya lagi, kurikulum baru tersebut lebih mendalam pembelajaran dibuat secara individu dan bukannya seperti dalam sistem lama di mana sesetengah seksyen pembelajaran dikendalikan secara berkumpulan.

Kurikulum baru itu juga turut melibatkan bengkel teori yang digantikan dengan pembelajaran di gelanggang sekolah memandu itu sendiri. Penekanan akan diberikan kepada belokan tiga titik, parking sisi, parking bukit, S-course dan crank-course untuk pembelajaran praktikal.

Mat Aris kemudiannya turut menambah, kurikulum untuk lesen motosikal tidak berubah.

Anwar Proved He Loves Rafizi Ramli More Than Azmin Ali

PKR strategic director Rafizi Ramli will not be punished for 'questioning' Selangor’s water restructure Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Federal Government.

PKR advisor and de facto Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said this at the launch of the party’s Kajang by-election media centre today.

Anwar said PKR respects democracy and Rafizi was asking questions on the MoU that has not been finalised.

"He (Rafizi) did informed me yesterday of his questions. I think it's healthy for democracy to ask, but not to form an opinion yet.

"Please allow Selangor Menteri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim some time before he can disclose the deal," said Anwar.

"As for the MoU, I have not seen it but I don't think we should take a strong opposition to his reaction. If he transgressed the basic party rules, it's different but there are some concerns over this (water) issue," said Anwar.
Anwar also pointed out that being a democratic party, freedom of expression is part of PKR's culture and that he has already advised Rafizi to ask all the questions but not to judge the issue too quickly.

"So he asked a few questions because he felt that a more detailed explanation is needed. I allowed it because I think it is healthy and because we have the interest of the Selangor people at heart.

"I find it strange that whenever a PKR member voices a dissenting opinion, you say the party is splitting apart. We are not BN, we are not Umno. We don't have the type of Umno-MCA relationship.

"What political party doesn't have any dissents in the leadership? You tell me. You must allow differing views. You have been calling and demanding (everyone) to respect democracy but when there is a difference in opinion, you said there is a crack in the party," said Anwar, adding that PKR will get hammered if gag orders are issued.

"Remember recently when PKR disallowed TV3 and Utusan Malaysia to cover our Press conferences? We got hammered. But I said that I will allow them to cover us if I can have my five minutes of airtime in TV3," said Anwar.

Asked whether the MoU will have negative implications on the Kajang voters, Anwar said he does not think so as the matter is still under discussion.

Rafizi Ramli threatens to reveal dirt on Zaid Ibrahim to damage Zaid's reputation.

PKR strategist Rafizi Ramli has promised to disclose information about Zaid Ibrahim that he says will damage the latter’s reputation.

Commenting on Zaid’s call for a debate with Anwar Ibrahim, Rafizi told FMT today that he would wait till this Wednesday to reveal the “dirt” he had unearthed that would put his boss’s challenger on the defensive.

Zaid announced last week that he would challenge Anwar in the Kajang by-election and has sought a debate which the PKR leader has declined.

“I know that Zaid has been attacking Anwar, projecting himself as having better credibility,” Rafizi said. “His campaign theme is about attacking Anwar on his credibility.

“I will answer Zaid’s criticisms on Wednesday. I’ve been meaning to answer earlier, but I haven’t had the chance. So if he can be a bit patient, things will be a bit more fun.

“I’ve got some things to throw at Zaid. He’ll have to explain a few things about his own credibility.”

Zaid said he wanted a debate on issues ranging from personality to policies and that he would reveal the “real” reasons behind Anwar’s decision to contest. He also said the debate would help voters decide whether he or the opposition leader was a more credible candidate.

But Rafizi said the debate was unnecessary and would only distract voters from the “real” battle, meaning the one between Pakatan Rakyat and Barisan Nasional.

“At the end of the day, the real contest is between Pakatan and BN,” he said. “As much as we celebrate democracy and Zaid has every right to contest, at the same time we shouldn’t divert the public from the real contest and issues.”

He said it would be pointless for Pakatan to focus on Zaid’s challenge because there was “very little Zaid could do for the rakyat”.

Rafizi dismissed a suggestion that Anwar’s refusal to debate Zaid would affect his reputation, pointing out that his boss had often received such challenges and had regularly brushed them off.

“Every Tom, Dick and Harry has challenged Anwar for a debate, even Perkasa, even (Youth and Sports Minister) Khairy Jamaluddin. Anwar cannot entertain all debates.

“If he does, then when will it ever stop? All the independent candidates will want to debate him too—Yuktes Vijay, Herman Tino. It will become a circus.”

Rafizi said a debate must be something that is meaningful to the public and not a platform to satisfy some “people’s lust for attention”.

Equal impact
He said a debate between Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak and Anwar would be meaningful because the two had equal impact on Malaysian politics.

“So if there is a challenge from BN for a debate, then I’m sure Anwar would be more than willing to reconsider,” he said.

RAFIZI TONGONG, Why Equate Kelantan in 1977 to Currently Happening in Selangor?

Why did Rafizi Ramli equate what happened in Kelantan in 1977 to what is currently happening in Selangor?

In Kelantan in 1977, it was an internal party matter involving the ruling party of the state, PAS. Selangor is not being ruled by PKR but is being ruled by Pakatan Rakyat and PKR holds only 14 of the 56 state seats (now 13 since Kajang is already vacant).

Even if 13 of the PKR State Assemblypersons pass a vote of no confidence against Menteri Besar Khalid Ibrahim in the Selangor State Assembly (like what happened in Kelantan in 1977), PAS and DAP still control 30 of the 56 seats or 31 if Khalid were to be included.

Hence, how can the state fall unless Barisan Nasional adds its 12 votes to that and DAP joins them with another 15? Then they would get 13 (PKR), 15 (DAP), and 12 (BN) to total 40 out of 56.

Okay, the declaration of the emergency in Kelantan in 1977 was not because of the vote of no confidence against the MB in the Kelantan State Assembly. It was the result of rioting on the streets and the burning of the cars, shops and houses. The Chinese and Indians were not involved. They stayed indoors and locked their doors and windows. It was Malay versus Malay, or PAS Malays versus PAS Malays to be more accurate.

Is Rafizi saying that the PKR Malays are going to take to the streets to riot against fellow PKR Malays, the pro-Khalid faction versus the pro-Azmin faction, like what happened in Kelantan, in the event that a vote of no confidence is passed against MB Khalid? More importantly, I think, is this question: are they planning a vote of no confidence against MB Khalid?

Maybe Rafizi should explain what he meant when he said that Selangor might turn out like Kelantan if Anwar does not take over as Menteri Besar. This is very worrying because in Kelantan it was a purely Malay affair but if they are planning to do the same in Selangor as what happened in Kelantan it would not be confined to just Malays versus Malays or PKR Malays versus PKR Malays since PKR is not a Malay party.

Oh, and one more thing, this kind of talk (Anwar assured of Chinese votes) does not help either. Is Pakatan Rakyat trying to suggest that Anwar’s future is in the hands of the Chinese or that the Kajang by-election is going to be a contest between the Chinese and the non-Chinese?

And you get angry when Umno attacks the Chinese. But you yourself are suggesting that the Chinese are the ones propping Anwar up. Isn’t this silly?

RAFIZI, The Stupid Dog... Run When Approached By the Rakyat in Penang!

It is learnt that the house of elderly ustaz, Najib Darus, 62, faces demolition by the local municipal council this Feb 28 and the NGOs insisted that something be done about the matter if Rafizi was serious in helping the rakyat with his strategies.

In the 11pm incident, the group asked to meet and speak with Rafizi to look for solutions.

But Rafizi who appeared calm and unfazed asked for the letter to be handed to him and told the group to “go home and sleep”.

“You’ve handed me the letter, I will look into the matter now you all can go home and sleep,” Rafizi, who is also Pandan MP was heard saying.

This apparently sparked outrage among members of the group who challenged Rafizi to meet with them but the latter was unperturbed.

One of the members of the group was heard shouting, “kata nak mai jumpa rakyat tapi bila kami nak jumpa dia lari” (said he wanted to come meet the rakyat here but when he is approached, he runs away).

They were heard shouting for Rafizi to step down and resign and to “balik Kajang makan satay”

PKR is putting Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim in Kajang to defend Selangor from being taken over by Umno if the ruling party unseats party president Datuk Seri Najib Razak, party strategist Rafizi Ramli (pic) said today.

He said it was an open secret that moves to remove Najib has begun and once it was done, Umno will unleash every “unscrupulous attack and schemes” to take the state back “by hook or by crook”.

“As a party strategist, I cannot rule out the possibility that once Najib is removed and Umno falls to the ultras led by the Mahathir Mohamad faction,” he said today in a statement while apologising to the public especially the voters of Kajang for the by-election.

PKR and allies DAP and PAS won Selangor for the second term in Election 2013 with 44 state seats, six more than in the 2008 polls, battering Selangor Umno which only picked up 12 seats despite being led by Najib.

Rafizi said the by-election would certainly consume public money and public space at a time when the people have to go through economic hardship.

He said Umno’s cards were all too obvious in the latest round of racial and religious controversies stirred up in Selangor in the last few months.

Rafizi said this did not mean there might be a change of stewardship in Selangor, which was currently helmed by popular Menteri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim, but it would give them the option to "optimise" its leadership potential if Umno caused more problems.

“Option is key. Having the option means having the flexibility of manoeuvres that can easily frustrate Umno’s game in Selangor, especially with regards to racial and religious controversies."

He acknowledged that under Khalid's stewardship, Selangor, Malaysia's richest and most industrialised state, had shown "sterling" performance in the last six years and set a "gold standard" in integrity and prudence in managing public funds.

But, Rafizi said, there were problems and challenges that required intervention.

These included traffic woes, affordable public housing and water resources.

"Selangor has to be doubly better than what it is today if it were to become a showcase for Pakatan in its quest for Putrajaya.

Following the resignation of Lee Chin Cheh from the seat, PKR named Anwar as the candidate, fuelling speculation that it was a move to pave the way for him to become the next menteri besar and to put a stop to the ongoing feud between his loyalist Azmin Ali and Khalid.

However, Anwar fended off suggestions that his candidacy was to pave the way for him to take over from Khalid, insisting that he was running as a state assembly member in order to help strengthen Pakatan's running of the state and to build momentum for the coalition's ambitions to take over federal power.

"This decision is for me to help improve the already stellar performance of the state administration under Khalid.

"It is to make Selangor a base from which to launch our campaign to take over Putrajaya," Anwar said yesterday.

He also fended off criticism that the party was using the by-election to resolve what was really an internal party crisis.

"We have to explain to the people the rationale of this by-election. It is to give space to a candidate that can help boost the state's administration. I will assist the state government in whatever way I can."

Khalid's feud with his party over how he runs the state became an open secret months after he was sworn in for a second term after the 13th general election.

During the state's budget session last October, Khalid clashed with Selangor PKR over a hike in the salaries of elected representatives, state executive councillors, the state assembly speaker and menteri besar.

Azmin, who is Bukit Antarabangsa assemblyman, and Anwar, opposed the salary hikes, some of which were increased by up to 300%.

Khalid was also criticised for the amount of funds set aside for development in the state budget which were said to be less than expected compared with the amount allocated for the operating expenditure.

A few weeks ago, things came to a head again between Khalid and Azmin over Azmin's termination as a director on the board of state property developer PKNS.

Azmin blamed Khalid for dropping him as a board member but Khalid claimed it was the corporation’s decision.

An investigation is currently under way to get to the bottom of the issue.
